Upcoming Camps

 

Summer Camp

    This year we will be offering 7 weeks of Summer Camp at B & L Stables! Camp is open to all children ages 6 to 14. Camp is packed with fun and learning. Camp days are filled with fun such as riding, swimming, trail rides, educational activities, visits from the farrier, and so much more! Campers usually average about 3-4 hours daily on horseback.
     Younger Rider week is for children ages 4-6 only, and camp hours are from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. This week is catered specifically to younger children and shorter attention spans. It will be very similar to our regular Summer Camp but on a simpler scale for younger children. This is a great way to introduce your child to the wonderful world of horses!
    Advanced Week is for advanced riders ages 6 and up. In order to attend Advanced Week, you must be able to walk, trot, and lope a horse with ease and you need to be able to tack up a horse with little or no assistance. During Advanced Week we will learn more difficult material and possibly begin breaking a yearling. Sign up early to insure you get a spot! Mini-Camps

    Mini Camps are day camps that take place once a month on Saturdays, school holidays, or school breaks. Camp hours are 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Camp is open to children ages 5 to 14. Each Mini Camp is filled with horse-back riding lessons, fun & educational activities, and so much more!
